GRINNELL SOLUTIONS:
Block 38 Waterfront is a high profile mixed-use 28-story condominium set. It aligns itself with five other "green" projects in the downtown waterfront district. Mixed uses include living, retail, fitness, restaurants and medical uses. GRINNELL Mechanical products were installed on the chilled water, condenser water, domestic water and the mechanical room.


PROJECT BENEFITS:

  • GRINNELL Mechanical Products enabled the contractor to use Schedule 10 stainless pipe in lieu of copper tube.
